is there any tool anyone can suggest for, for the want of better desription, 'building a personal FAQ' type of things:
I find that a personal wiki is great for this sort of thing. I use phpwiki: phpwiki.sourceforge.net
You can shove notes in in any order and they sort of link themselves up automatically if you follow the correct rules.
