what has been voted cannot be altered. But a voted standard could modified in the next polling, even though the barrier will be higher to change the standard, but it is not impossible. I have some questions:
1) When is the next vote? 2) How can technical comments that are not resolved could be brought into the picture to slow down the implementation of OOXML? 3) What other things could be done to attract votes the next time. 4) A postmortem of why previous votes were not against 00XML could identify what actions need to be taken to ensure desirable decisions are made for the benefit of Singapore to abandon OOXML as standard.
