Check what the coverage in your office area is like. I think M1 has a
cheap enough (no contract) way to get started. I'd recommend getting
that in.
That said, we were not thrilled with the Internet connection on the M1
3G router in NTU (yes, location matters!!) and switched to ADSL again
after a month or 2 of excruciatingly slow connect.
