Not so sure if this is relevant, but I've been using the Huawei e169 and
am on the Singnet Mobile Broadband plan.
I use SSH with Putty on Windows (because I couldn't get the e169 to work
on Linux). I experience many dropped connections. It can be very
irritating when you're editing files over SSH.
Unless your client only use it for HTTP, it can be quite a hassle.

My customer uses the M1 3g router in their office. My advise from their
experience- don't. It is too slow and with as many as 10 resets of the router
every day due to dropped connections and slowness. Now they are using 1.5Mbps
adsl and the staff are happier.
