Oh, yeah.. I forgot the 3rd reason...
You get to provide an Ethernet connection to whomever loans you the space
for you to put your equipment.

In my case, I'm providing free broadband to the guy who's letting me use
his ham radio tower. He gives me electricity and a nice high spot on top
of his hill, I give him broadband, everyone's happy!

Works rather nicely!
