I have the Audiovox Maistro and have to use a funky adapter but it works.
You can get the drivers from Proxims web site.

What CE handheld do you have? I know that for the iPAQs you can get a PCMCIA
card sleeve (add-on) Not sure about the drivers. I used to have with an
wired ethernet PCMCIA card.
