Not if your only turning clients power down to whats needed, myself I don't want clients seeing eachother. For most the AP side needs to be at full power because of the different clients that are associating. But not all clients need full power to the AP.
This is certainly an interesting topic.
Has anyone done real world tests to see whether a client with stronger signal (as perceived by the AP) will block out clients with weaker signals? Even if bandwidth control is in place?
(Yes, it is wonderful weather here in Norway also.)
