I have latest drivers and firmware under 2k and I have noticed this as well it works perfectly I mean I don't notice any problems I can push 600+k/sec on dl's over the card constant, but I notice that 100/100 links will flash X every so often for no apparent reason and then come back doesn't delay service I think but its kinda dumb.
SB can we expect a Aircarte with antenna jack? Maybe 200mw like the senao :)

Tried this suggestion and still not good. Any other ideas? This is not
good at all. The card worked fine for 4 months with Windows 2K pro. Now
it's unreliable to the point of useless with XP Pro. Does anyone know of
any solution, short of going back to another version of Windows?
