[smartBridges] can't log in to appo

I can log into my APPO from the wireless side, or from the wired side, but I can't log in from a dialup connection elsewhere on the net. The subnet mask and default gateway are both set up correctly in the device. Anyone have any idea why I can't log in from a dialup account?   Thanks, Roger
