Is the power setting on the Dial a power tab set the same
on both units? We had a client once that was pumping out
to much power and once we turned them down a bit their
throughput and reliability jumped up.

That is interesting that a separate 13db antenna would work
better than the Total with a 13db antenna. Sounds like it
was either hooking up to well, or maybe a loose pigtail inside
the Total. 13db is a bit much for a 2 block link. :-)
