No in this system the poly phaser would go at the top of the tower just
before the antenna cable. If you are using an amp it would go between
the amp and the antenna. If just using a APPO you would put it right at
the APPP. Jason

There's a lot of difference between 1-5/8" heliax and LMR195/400 in
terms of
the amount of copper on the shield.  And I would expect your polyphasers
are
attached down inside the equipment cabinet--NOT on the top of the tower.
