Stuart.......if a guy backs up criticism with facts (e.g. "50% failure rate", "clients don't associate after applying firmware patch"), then it isn't really bashing is it? I think these are called "factual postings". I'm the first to admit I get emotional over these problems because they affect my livelihood and happiness so directly but I try to re-read my postings before hitting 'send' and I take out excessive emotion and unsubtantiated generalizations. It's hard though, when you are slowly going broke while trying to start a business. So, I'm curious....what is your failure rate (Failed Units/Total Units in Use X 100) in the past six months? Both for indoor and outdoor? Also, because the SB problems are batch related, you may just gotten lucky and got all your units from good batches while another guy got real unlucky.
