I can't even view this ABTotal through the ethernet side. Initially we thought that it was due to the firmware because it lost association after about 30 minutes and so we asked the customer to turn it off completely while we await for the firmware update (2 weeks ago). Now when we tried to apply the new firmware, I couldn't see in on simplemonitor via wireless side so we went out to the customer and tried the ethernet side and still no luck. Went outside and all three lights on except that blue light still blinking. Took it down and brought it back and then could see it on the ethernet side so we upgraded the firmware....now, absolutely nothing...can't ping the unit, can't see is it on simplemonitor.....stayed up all night trying to figure it out....customer called this morning and wants a refund of her installation and 1st month service. What could be wrong? Send it back for RMA?
