Seeni, I restored the device to factory defaults and reconfigured the unit again. Still wouldn't associate and had the same error about WEP and authentication so I rebooted the pc...now, when I try to log in, it tells me that I'm trying to log in as administrator using a user's password. I didn't even change the password! It's still the default "public".

If you are getting this message continuously, please restore the device (hardware reset-hold for 20 seconds) to factory defaults and then reconfigure the unit again. If above method doesn't resolve the issue, please reboot the PC and reconfigure again. Please update us the status. Thank you. Now I'm back to the first error message saying "Unable to associate..Please check authentication and WEP". -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Laurence Laforga Sent: Thursday, July 24, 2003 10:28 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [smartBridges] More AB Total issues I've got another AB Total that doesn't want to associate with our APPO. It's got the latest firmware and it keeps telling me "Unable to associate....Please check Authorization and WEP" The APPO is set for MAC authentication and our AB Indoor associates fine with the latest firmware. Does anyone have any suggestions? When searching for APs, it shows our APPO with link qual of 85%. Thanks!
