Hi Shawn,
Please ensure that you can PING or search the device before upgrading
the firmware on the airBridge. 
Please remember that the device required to cool down (if it is heat
related issue) about 15 minutes before upgrading the new firmware.

I'm getting this message also while trying to upgrade two airBridge's
remotely... and I keep getting the error message of "Invalid Device!"

the airPoints upgraded just fine...  but the airBridges won't upgrade...
