If PC is on the same subnet as the device, after ping, check the arp -a, make sure the Mac & IP correspond to the device. Also use the attached Apsearchmgr (run in DOS) to see if the info return is correct. It is for searching device running on the same subnet in your network. Pls show me the info captured by the Apsearchmgr.
