A couple of things do bug me as I roll out more and more SB kit, and I just wondered if either of them could be worked on as new features in the future.
The first would be the ability to remotely "power cycle" a unit. By this I mean that if a unit can be accessed by Simple Monitor but does not associate (or whatever) and needs a power cycle for some reason, that a command could be sent to the unit to do this. I appreciate that it would probably require a little bit of extra hardware in the unit to accomplish a "true" power cycle, but I'm sure it must be possible. The second thing would be the ability to remotely "reset" the arp table to get round the "problem" of people swapping computers too quickly and then not being able to connect through the unit to the Internet (or wherever). This sort of reset ought to be fairly easy to do I would have thought.
