The Ethernet LED off could mean bad Ethernet connection (either contact or cable). Please recrimp the RJ45 connector and check or replace the Ethernet cable to see if this work out.

We bought Qty. 4 ABO's last week from Electro-Comm. Installed three of them so far. Tonight around 6PM, the one I installed on Sat. stopped passing traffic on the ethernet side. I can ping it from the wireless side, but not the wired side. Yes, I've tried to power cycle the unit (multiple times). The ethernet amber light on the unit is OFF.
So, does this mean the latest batches have the flaky ethernet port problem still???
