Hi Patti, If you are experiencing any disassociation issues with your airBridge, you can go ahead and upgrade the new firmware and this has been tested with many customer sites.
We are working on the new simpleMonitor 1.61(0.01.07 firmware included) for the airBridge which will accept the password with different characters. We have a beta version and we have not officially released yet. But if you want, you can try it out with any disassociation unit (with different password characters) and give us your feedback.
