If you upgrade the firmware with cool units then you will not have this problem like Ethernet port lost. We have tested this firmware in our LAB and few customer sites and did not encounter the same there. Normally it would happen when applying the firmware in the heat unit. If the Ethernet port lost means, there is no fix available for that. In this case, please RMA this unit.

The fw update reported successful but now I can't reach the airBridge anymore. I've taken it down, and it shows the Ethernet port no longer lights up.
