YES, All of our products are shipped with standard 12DC power supply.
Due to the high demand and requirement of the 18V, we are developing the
new dynamic powershot for the outdoor devices and will be releasing very
soon.

I have never received an 18 volt powershot with any of the units I have 
purchased. They are all 12 volt.
