The city council was more intrested in making cash off the deal.  They
did'ent want to do much else.  Plus, they wanted a background check of all
people going to the tower, of the company, and so on and so forth.  Sooo.. 3
months later I might have there blessing  Then I have to goto the city water
district to get all the finances in order!  Sooo... I'm just going to go off
a radio tower less than 1/2 away. it will work, it has too!
