John, Does the Ethernet side die completely? That is the problem I am having and they are sending me new ones and taking the old ones back. I am keeping mine alive by running continuous ping on them until the new ones get here. I have been sending continuous ping to them since Monday morning and so far I have kept them alive. I had two die for a few minutes yesterday, but just left the ping running and after a few minutes they came back online and responded. I don't know if it will help in your situation or not but wanted to try and help.
