Hey do you remember if this is in the firmware of the Cisco card? I know that I have a Cisco card put into a 3 com Ethernet converter it was working fine a long time ago with my AP-1000's but now with my APPO its having a hell of a time I cant find the old config software for the PCMCIA card but will it flash the card and keep the same settings when put into the 3 com Ethernet box? seems there is very basic settings on that 3 com and I don't think it had any RTS, power or long or short settings..
