Go to a marine store and buy an oversized battery box and put a
regulator inside. Unfortunately, there is no one size fits all solution
because of differing light and temperature conditions. You should size
you batteries, regulators, and PV for your needs to be sure you have the
proper amount of storage and generation. Otherwise, you are just wasting
your $...

Don't get me wrong, solar is a great solution, but it is expensive - do
it right!
