Derek keep in mind 99.9% of all home or SOHO routers are not able to change
the speed or duplex settings on the wan or LAN ports.

Have you updated the BEFSR41 firmware to the latest and greatest (linksys is
notorious for  firmware bugs) ?  Force the WAN port to 10MB?  ABO firmware
version?
