No prob, Sully! You want to become an S-corp because of all the tax breaks you can get from it. Basically to become an S-corp, you need to first become incorporated then file for S-corp status. Best thing to do come tax time is to speak with a good accountant to get you all the tax breaks you can get. Good luck! Feel free to ask me anything you want offline.
