Thanks for the response. I installed 6 ABO units 2 months ago, the all get updated as you release new firmware, and all have 01.07 firmware in them now. They ALL have Linksys BEFSR41 firewalls, and are all set up exactly the same. LAN is 192.168.x.x and WAN is public IP. Each customer gets two public IP addresses from me. One for the ABO, one for the WAN port on the Linksys. Of these 6 customers, only one has this problem, and it's intermittent. The customer started out working just fine, no problems at all. Then after several weeks the Linksys or ABO seems to have a problem passing traffic, but there is NO problem passing pings. When this problem began on this one customer, I suspected a faulty Linksys. I replaced the Linksys with a new one, and the customer was happy, it worked fine. Then, after several weeks, the problem resurfaced again.

All ABO have 01.07 firmware. I verified this today.
