Not in Minnesota.  The Cisco AP's are only rated as low as 32 degrees F.
Smartbridges are rated at -50 degrees F.

In the upper temps Cisco is rated up to 121 degrees F and the
Smartbridge
150 degrees.  A 100 degree day anywhere in a weatherproof box, that
Cisco
may be reaching some high temp limitations.
