Central Ohio USA and yes the wind blows and there is a chill factor. Mind you we don't 
do those kinds anymore, because it's less expensive ( time & part wise ) now to get an 
ABO or some other outdoor solution.

Temp ranges ? Hell I don't know, thick ice on the lake to hot damn in the summer.
