How many network and wireless adaptor active in your PC at the time you used the simpleMonitor? It could be one of the possible cause. Can you also try to clear the arp entry by command "arp -d" in your DOS prompt as well?
But anyway you can ignore the duplicate entry shown in the list and proceed to login to the simpleMonitor.
