I heard people that have problems with DHCP in some versions of MT and
also recently ran into a issue where after the MT box was running for
a while the Universal client would "kill" the DHCP service.
What versions are you running and I am assuming you have dhcp server
configured on that interface.

Yes you can run hotspot on multiple interfaces.
