I find myself more and more needing to find out the ESSID of a public AP
and
don't know how. Example, was at a Hilton in NYC that had free Internet
access in the lobby (so you could log on to download porn videos of
Paris
Hilton, no doubt) yet the front desk had no clue of what the ESSID was.
I
tried "ANY" on my Linksys version one PCMCIA card but found nothing.
