I could try downgrading to the version you suggest?
I downgraded cython to version 0.9.6.13.1-1 from second link then recompiled package python-evas and reinstall it (some warnings without errors). With recompiled version this package when i try to run zhone i see another errors: GUI init x11-16 is not supported, fallback to x11 *** ECORE ERROR: Ecore Magic Check Failed!!! *** IN FUNCTION: ecore_evas_data_set() Input handle pointer is NULL! *** NAUGHTY PROGRAMMER!!! *** SPANK SPANK SPANK!!! *** Now go fix your code.
