Hi Enrico!

Please report any bug to the Debian BTS, the package will be updated to
main this week and I would prefer to keep track of any (old) problem.

First question: can you rotate left/right and, if so, how? Please
continue the discussion on the Debian BTS at

This is an old problem already present on Xglamo

  http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=500626#56

Actually, this is not a problem at all, according to

  http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.handhelds.openmoko.framework/94
    (Opemoko ticket at http://docs.openmoko.org/trac/ticket/59)

Now that I have thought about it I remember that I have experienced the
same bug on an ASUS Eee PC 904HD with GNOME

  http://bugs.debian.org/510123

After having looked for similar bugs, it could be a GTK-specific
problem arose with lenny

Michael, do the freesmartphone.org images use any specific setting to
overcome this problem?

This is an upstream bug

I think the problem is related to:

  http://bugs.debian.org/497404

This is a grave problem, since I do not see any other way to start a
terminal except tweaking AUX/PWR or o-p-p keyboard buttons.

Thx, bye,
