banker is a banker Mbak Esti, they always try to make money out of money. When the world bank is channeling money to poor countries to finance projects, many times I found that the projects represent developed countries' (the share holders) interest, even though the world bank says that they are giving low interest rate to poor countries for the lending, still world bank will ask them to pay, sometimes the hard ways by securing poor country's assets or/and draining their resources.
