You could just download the SP3 install file onto your Mac, and share it
with Windows via Parallels Tools (I think, been a while since I used
Parallels), and install it from there.

http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=24 is
the full file install (which doesn't need to connect to the net)
