Finally got round to trying this last night. The option is there now,
buried at the bottom of the pages of the Advanced version of the
settings screen. It's a tick box called Modem Mode and all it does is
disable everything except the modem and one Ethernet port (so
effectively turning it into a big chunky version of the little modem
box I used to have.)
Blasted if I could get it working 100% though, so I had to put it all
back as it was. Wasn't able to have much of a go so not surprising,
maybe more time at the weekend. I'm sure it'll work now, just going to
take more faffage than it really should to find the precise set-up
it's happy with.
Whoever was the project lead or made the decisions that led to the
Super Hub really needs to be fired (into the Sun) 'cos it's a massive
Mongolian Cluster-fun. The alternative is to go back to BT though.
