What is it with iCloud?  Are other Smugger being driven mad by it?   Googling 
the problem comes up with pages of complaints about El Capitan and iCloud but 
no solution that works for me.  I can't access the Internet from my MacBookPro. 
 I get error message saying there is a problem with authentication.  But when I 
go to iCloud in System Preferences I get a spinning beach ball.  On one 
occasion I got through to the iCloud page but when I clicked on account 
management, everything stuck even the daisy wheel.  Anybody else having this 
problem and if so how have you solved it?  Yes I have rebooted several times.
