Yes, Jackie that is correct, but I could see where the defense would like to
help influence the judge's decision on whether or not this needs to go to
trial.
the thing here though is not to establish reasonable doubt at a hearing the hearing is suppose to see if there is enough evidence to go to trial. at least thats what a normal hearing is for.________________________________
