Based on the evidence presented right now, I personally
do not think there is enough evidence to send it to trial. I think it
should be dismissed and the prosecution reprimanded. If they have more,
then now is the time to show their cards.
Having said that, I also personally believe that it
will go to trial. And where I was convinced he was guilty, I'm now back in
the unsure category leaning strongly toward innocent of
rape.

yeah i think you have a good point there he should ask to see if they have more evidence or else with the lack of whats been presented dismiss it. but your right he wont because he dont want to be the one who let kobe go
