[RCSE] Real Flight help

I bought a Real flight Simulator earlier this year and all was fine until my computer crashed. :(
After installing a new hard drive,
I need to reload my R/F G2 program.

My problem is this;
I no longer have the CD case for my disc that I think had the serial # on it.
I do have the CD and all of the original packaging including the box with
proof of purchase and the original instruction manual.

When I wrote Product Support at Great Planes Model Distributors they couldn't help because I didn't register their product.
Now I'm disappointed that I spent $240 for the worthless program!

What should I do?
