Jim, there isn't a slope soaring magazine in print on this earth. There is however, an online publication that is fun and full of humor (much like slope pilots) available on www.slopeflyer.com
In print, probably the best mag out there is Quiet Flight International, formerlly known as QFI, but it has now become "Quiet & Electric Flight Internatial" and they have replaced 80% of the slope content with old fashioned style slow fliers and electrics for the geriatric market. There is still a good column or two, but not much else.
