An "ESCAPE-PROOF" snap. Darn, I wish I'd have heard of this 5 years ago.
I had a large but generic snap, from Wal-Mart (shoulda known), pull loose on me. The darn thing lasted for about a year before it failed. But when it did it whacked me hard enough to actually put a rip in my T-shirt and actually drew blood under my shirt.
The whack wasn't too hard. But the high speed and sharp edge really got my attention.
