[RCSE] Need some help winding up my hi start.

Simple deal for a power wind up.   Cordless drill yes.   Sanding pad arbor from the hardware store   The reel is the trick.  The old white plastic ones had a wooden dowel held in with a wood screw on one side, the Sanding disc arbor fit right in the screw hole.. Gordy
