Personally, I've stuck with 2C charging. Nicad or Nimh I stick to about 2C
and don't give it much thought. I think that may be a tad harsh on the Nimh
but they seem to handle it well enough.

However, if the sun is going down, my buddies are still flying and I need to
re-charge; I'll push Nicads to 4C. Monitoring them for excessive heat
occasionally.

Lipo's also scare me. I charge them on dirt with some shielding around them
just in case. Even though they've proven themselves, I'm still somewhat
cautious.
