I can sympathize with some of the stories here. I placed an order with Kennedy Composites on March 1st. At that time, Barry told me that all the items I ordered were in stock. He gave me a total and an hour later, I sent him $245 via PayPal. To date, I have not yet received my order.
Starting in the first week in April, I started sending Barry emails to check on my order. Now, I understand that alot of the vendors in this hobby are in the business part time. I understand that Barry had the Toledo show in the first week in April. I don't have a problem with that. I don't have a problem with delayed orders in general. But seriously, is it too much to ask to take 60 seconds to reply to a customer's email? I expect that when I have given someone my hard-earned money, that they at least do me the courtesy of returning my phone calls and emails. Even a one line email saying "Hi, sorry your order has been delayed due to whatever" would be satisfactory. But to completely ignore all my communications is UNACCEPTABLE. I wonder how Charlie Britt rates not one, but several phone calls from Barry. Gee, guess I'm not on the right list or something...
