Sorry for the lateness of the response. I get the digest at work and don't always have time to get to it. I'd recommend any O'Reilly book on Server 2003. I had a Windows 2000 Server dumped on me here, and I'd have been dead in the water w/o "Windows 2000 Administration in a Nutshell". They surely have a 2003 edition out by now! I don't actually use the Server 2003, so I can't authoritatively speak on that. I'm breaking my usual habit of replying to you directly, as this is a very late response. Good Luck! -Greg
