No, those are not deities. I'm sorry, but even Jedi spirits are not deities.
ie, if we suddenly discovered that the biblical god was actually an alien or some extra-dimensional life-form, would it still be a god? Would the religion remain? Would it evolve to something like what the jedi call the 'force'?
I wouldn't consider an alien God, even a very powerful one from the 5th dimmension.
