Finally. If we had imposed a serious carbon tax, starting, say, about ten years ago, of about $0.25 per gallon and increasing by that amount each year, I believe we would now have a pump price very comparable to what we have now due to lower demand. We would have a lot fewer gas-guzzlers on the road, cleaner air, and just possibly a more sane foreign policy. But that would make too much sense... Rod
